We recently had the opportunity of working with CQC Homes on a construction project, and I must say they exceeded all my expectations. From the initial stages of preplanning to the execution of the project, their attention to detail and thoroughness were truly commendable.

My husband and I contracted the CQC team to move and remodel our kitchen to better utilize the space, and fit our lifestyle. CQC adheres to a structured and carefully detailed process/model, which allowed us to have clarity on the scope and cost of the project from day one, with no issues staying on budget or timelines. We are very happy with the end result, and our experience with the team was critical in making a big job less overwhelming!

We hired CQC Home to repair and remodel our home after it sustained damage during a hurricane. From design phase to build phase the entire team was a pleasure to work with. They were patient and knowledgeable and didn't tell us what we wanted to hear, instead told us what we needed to hear and gave us realistic choices to choose from. CQC is a business run the right way, and the "proof of the pudding" is not just in the output of the work done, but in how this team performs. Carpentry is best when it's Custom, but it's valueless without the Quality!

We worked with CQC to remodel the bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, deck, and a number of other small complements in our 1915 home. They communicated clearly through the entire design and build process. Additionally, they have readily come back to make minor tweaks as part of their warranty. Most importantly, they effectively navigated updating our home while maintaining its historic charm. We have a new bathroom and kitchen, but they blend smoothly with the old fireplaces, cathedral windows, and original floors. We highly recommend CQC and will likely work with them in the future should we have additional projects!

Our messy attic turned into a full apartment complete with 12’x6’ pantry, kitchen, large closet, den and reading area. Plus we reclaimed a separate 1200 feet of climate controlled storage space for household goods. The workmanship is superb, the crews came and went like clockwork and we didn’t do a thing after approving the blueprints and selecting colors/materials.
