Spa Transformation for this Master Bathroom

When it’s time to remodel and how much to invest back into the home can be tricky. But, like these homeowners, when you have made the decision that it’s your forever home – it really doesn’t matter anymore. Designing spaces for pure enjoyment and function is the best part of working together with homeowner’s. For this master bathroom spa transformation retreat, we combined two bathroom spaces into one large master on-suite.

Space Added: 144 square feet total
45 square feet in shower

This was their forever home and that the homeowner’s wanted to grow with this house, gave our design team a lot more freedom in creating a space that is both beautiful as well as, functional. The original master bathroom was small, had a tiny stand alone shower, and no windows. The driving factor was, it needs to be accessible for years to come. Incorporating ADA compliant pieces and easy to use items make this space both inviting and operational for many years to come.

Our design team created a nice big curb-less walk in shower, needing a large bench, and multiple showerheads. This would allow for assistance when needed. We also incorporated a double vanity, using single handle faucets with levers that can be operated without grip with a sleek design. With a lowered mirror, lots of lighting, and plenty of space to move around it’s a perfect compliment for design and function in this spa transformation.
