Freedom In a Screened Porch

With a full farm life mixed in with the daily grind, having a space to relax where the goats couldn’t get into was a must-have! The existing deck was becoming cramped, not large enough to truly entertain and have a place to keep the llamas, goats and stray chickens out. Not to mention the mosquitos. Using architectural lines to create a taller roofline made the space really feel open while not obstructing the views of the happy animals. There is a space for grilling out, a perfect spot for swinging on the hammock and the screen porch is large enough to dream up any configuration of furniture.

From Quirky to Modern and Majestic Master Bathroom
By knocking down a wall that created a choppy feel in the room, we were able to really open up the master bathroom. This gave us enough room for an expansive shower, a free standing tub that is perfect for the whole family, not just the dog, and a sink long enough to share. This new bathroom truly merged the idea of modern and farmhouse style.

    Brilliant Bathroom for Great Guests
What happens when your bathroom is your laundry room as well? Are guests supposed to help sort the whites while adjusting their pantyhose? We were able to pop the washer and dryer in a closet in the hall. This not only gave the guest bathroom a vanity and toilet, but now the guests could have their own shower.
