Brilliant Bathroom for Great Guests

Sometimes a bathroom is the last place we think we can do anything with. After all, we aren’t in there for that long. But what happens when your bathroom is your laundry room as well? Are guests supposed to help sort the whites while adjusting their pantyhose? I think not, and this homeowner wasn’t loving the idea either! We were able to pop the washer and dryer in a closet in the hall, capturing some space from their master walk-in closet. This not only gave the guest bathroom a vanity and toilet, but now the guests could have their own shower. All of this created a more usable guest bathroom, as well as give the resale value of the home a boost!

From Quirky to Modern and Majestic Master Bathroom
By knocking down a wall that created a choppy feel in the room, we were able to really open up the master bathroom. This gave us enough room for an expansive shower, a free standing tub that is perfect for the whole family, not just the dog, and a sink long enough to share. This new bathroom truly merged the idea of modern and farmhouse style.
