A Rough Basement Transformed

Typically when homeowners come to us, it is to solve a “problem” with their home. This was a bit of an unusual case. Their home was a spacious enough, it was in wonderful condition and decorated beautifully. But for whatever the reason, the builder had “roughed-in” the basement to be finished… someday. This made the home feel incomplete. Well, today was that day and we were on a mission to make this house whole! We worked together during the design phase, moving walls around to incorporate the supporting structural poles. Hidden in the walls, we created an artist glass workshop, a guest bedroom with bathroom, an office space and a large game room. The ideal hang out spot. I am not sure that any guest will want to leave!
