90s Kitchen, Welcome to 2017!

Moving is never easy. Boxes, bags and stuff is everywhere. There isn’t always time to think about what needs to be fixed or what you wish could be remodeled to make your life just a little easier. After a few short years it was finally time to get this kitchen updated. With the kids growing up fast, our clients quickly found they were having space restraints. Their kitchen needed to be opened to the rest of the house so family and guests could be together from multiple rooms. CQC Home designed the space to accommodate an adult raised bar/entertaining area, as well as, a lower, kid-friendly eating/prep area. A built-in family desk area with printer and lots of electrical options, including a charging station, was a must for this busy, tech-savvy family, as well. The gas cook-top has a pop-up downdraft which allows cooking while entertaining guests in the dining room with the newly- opened wall. Pantry storage was added along with lots of counter space. A wine rack with stemware holder and a cookbook cabinet are just two of the features that added both function and style. This home is now well equipped with a kitchen fit for the whole family.
