Industrial-Chic Loft Kitchen in Durham

The downtown condo was in a perfect location and the new homeowners loved the loft space, industrial concrete floors, and the open concept living room. However, the lackluster kitchen was desperate for a storage and design makeover.

Through simple design touches and their impeccable taste, our clients could make this kitchen just as they envisioned when they purchased it. We eliminated the island, used a more prominent peninsula instead. This helped contain the traffic flow, provide additional seating while entertaining guests, and help solve the storage issue. In addition, the homeowners added a classic waterfall countertop to the design to create a wow element. We believe this transformation to be stunning, timeless, and perfect for everyday cooking.
