Durham Woodcroft Area Guest Bathroom Renovation

Guest Bathroom Renovation

This 1986 home was ready for a makeover. Therefore, our design build team started in the most logical places first. Answering the age old question of, where can we put our money to get the most bang for our buck? Of course the answer was to put it into the kitchen and bathrooms. The homeowners had already put a lot of work into making their dream kitchen. We focused our design efforts on bring the master en suite up to date, as well as, the guest bathroom.

The field crew came up with a cost saving solution, we were able to re-use the existing tub and simply re-glaze with a porcelain finish in white. We also were able to salvage the existing plumbing fixture locations and simply add an extra showerhead with a hand wand. We installed new floor tiles, new shower walls, and updated the lighting and plumbing fixtures to match the master bathroom. After that, we swapped the vanity out for new cabinetry with a matching mirror. Completing the updated look for this guest bathroom.
