Master Bath Update in
Downtown Durham Loft

Downtown Loft
Master Bathroom Remodel

The downtown Durham condo was in a perfect location. The new homeowners loved the loft feature, industrial concrete floors, and the open concept living. However, the shower had a potential leak, and it didn’t match their urban style.

We were able to help save on costs by using the same floor plan as the existing bathroom. While the shower update was a must and would need to be completely gutted to the framing studs – we kept the main tile floor and the vanity light fixtures.

A floating vanity, clean quartz counters, and a new shower head transformed the master bathroom into a space that fit the homeowner’s style.
